Set Up Residential Utilities
Services must be set up in person.
- Filled out Residential Utilities Application + $25 non-refundable application fee.
- Lease, rental agreement or ownership papers.
- Valid United States ID.
- Your utilities deposit. See below to determine your deposit amount:
- Residential accounts including water service will be subject to the following deposits:
- Owner Occupied Property: $90.00
- Tenant Occupied Property: $120.00
- New residential accounts not including water service will be subject to the following deposits:
- Owner Occupied Property: $60.00
- Tenant Occupied Property: $80.00
- Residential accounts including water service will be subject to the following deposits:
Set Up Business Utilities
Services must be set up in person.
PLEASE NOTE: No NEW services will be set up after 4:30 PM MON.-THUR. or after 10:30 AM FRI.
Set up services at Del City City Hall. Please bring:
- Filled out Business Utilities Application + $50 non-refundable application fee.
- Lease, rental agreement or ownership papers.
- Valid Certificate of Occupancy (Copies available at Permit Desk).
- Valid United States ID.
- Your utilities Business Property Deposit: $250.
