About the City Clerk

The Del City City Hall building.
The City Clerk is the custodian of all municipal records, including minutes of city council proceedings, all ordinances and resolutions passed by the council, financial reports, audits, contracts, election documents and official reports. The City Clerk also manages all Open Records Requests.

Responses to all records requests will be provided within a reasonable time. You will be notified when the requested records are available for inspection.
 
Copies may be provided at a charge of $0.25 per page, or $1.00 per page for certified copies.
 
Charges
 
Charges for providing copies of public records and, when applicable, fees for searching, processing, and redacting records are authorized by state law and have been established by City ordinance and Council policy. Requests with an estimated total cost exceeding $75.00 must be paid in advance pursuant to City ordinance. The City will provide an estimate before processing the request, and work will not begin until the required payment is received. Click here description of fees.
