Reports must be reviewed and approved by a patrol supervisor before they come to the records division. Typically, it takes 5-7 business days for reports to be available for release to the public.
At this time, we only accept cash payments for records requests.
Juvenile information is redacted from all reports, regardless of who is requesting them or who picks up the report.

If you are unable to access your accident report online, please contact the records division at 405-671-8848 for assistance. You can also email Susan Cluck at scluck@cityofdelcity.org for faster service.

If you need a copy of a supplemental report, you must contact an attorney, who must subpoena those records through an applicable court.
