About the City Clerk

The Del City City Hall building.
The City Clerk is the custodian of all municipal records, including minutes of city council proceedings, all ordinances and resolutions passed by the council, financial reports, audits, contracts, election documents and official reports. The City Clerk also manages all Open Records Requests.

Response to all requests will be provided within a reasonable time. You will be notified when requested records are available for inspection. Copies can be provided for a charge of $0.25 per page or $1.00 per page for Certified.

Charges: A charge for providing copies of public records is authorized by state law and has been established by Council policy. In some cases prepayment will be required. Click here description of fees.
