It’s time to clear out the clutter, uncover some treasures and get ready for the 2026 Del City Citywide Garage Sale!
September 24–27 | Rain 
or Shine 
7:00 AM–5:00 PM daily
Guidelines:
-No permit required (will not count against four garage sale annual limit)
-No street closures allowed
-No blocking of sidewalks or other public rights-of-way
-Sales must be on personally-owned property or must have landowner permission
-Sales in gated communities must meet HOA requirements
-Sales in apartment complexes must be approved by property manager
-No signs will be issued by the City
Homemade Signs Allowed:
-Dimensions: 11″H x 14″W maximum
-Sign (1) required at location of garage sale
-Signs must be a minimum of 12′ from the curb
-Signs must be removed by sunset on September 27th
