Mondays and Wednesdays, from 1pm - 2pm. YMCA Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance. Learning balance skills, proper body alignment, and coordinated Tai Chi movements.

Mondays and Wednesdays, from 2:15PM - 3:15PM, YMCA Forever Well Steady & Strong. Senior focused fitness class that builds strength, balance, and flexibility through standing or chair supported exercises.

Wednesdays, starting January 14th and ending March 4th 3PM-4PM.  OSU Extension Fresh Start CNEP Nutrition Program. Hands on program that teaches new skills that can be used at home-form planning, shopping, and cooking tips to solutions for healthy eating and physical activity.
