Home Canning 101

This class is perfect for beginners or anyone seeking a refresher on canning techniques. Participants will learn about water bath canning, ideal for preserving high-acid foods like fruits, pickles, and tomatoes, as well as pressure canning, used to safely process low-acid foods such as vegetables, meats, soups, and stews.
