BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Purpose
The Board of Adjustment serves as the Board of Appeals for all of the city’s adopted codes and for a number of other regulations, including those related to stormwater management.
Members
The Board of Adjustment consists of five members who serve three-year terms from the date of appointment. Members are nominated by the Mayor and approved by Council.
