Please be advised the City of Del City will only be accepting electronic submissions for all applications, contractor licenses, and permits beginning February 1, 2023. Applications, contractor licenses, and permits must be electronically submitted with all required documents and proof of ownership. Floor plans and site plans will only be accepted in a digital format and must be drawn to scale. Hand drawn plans will no longer be accepted.

Emails received by 4:00pm each business day will be responded to the same business day. Please note calling to verify receipt of email or to submit payment will not expedite the processing time. You will be contacted with payment instructions once your email has been reviewed for completion and accepted for processing.  Incomplete applications will not be accepted. If any documents are missing, you will be notified to resubmit your application with complete documents.
