The Support Services Division is responsible for the Communications/Dispatch office, the Jail, Records Divisions and the Property Office.

COMMUNICATIONS DIVISION

The Communications / Dispatch office is a vital part of police operations. It is the link between the citizen with the problems and the responding police officers. Dispatch is also responsible for the Jail facility. The dispatch is manned 24 hours a day and can be reached by calling:

JAIL OPERATIONS

For information on inmates that are locked up in our facility contact the dispatch office. Visitation for inmates is from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm, seven days a week. Inmates can only have one visitor at a time, must have proper identification and be over the age of 18. 

PROPERTY OFFICE

The Property office handles all property and evidence collected in police related matters. Office hours to pick up property is from 8:00 am -5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. For any information regarding property please contact Marvin Stanford at 405-671-8851 or the Property office at 405-671- 8811

RECORDS DIVISION

The Records Office is responsible for the storage and control of all records generated by this police department. Office hours are from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. If citizens need copies of police reports please contact the records clerk Susan Cluck at 405-671-8848 . Copies of police reports cost .25 cents per page.
