Records Division

The Records Office is responsible for the storage and control of all records generated by this police department. Office hours are from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. If citizens need copies of police reports please contact the records clerk Susan Cluck at 405-671-8848 .

FAQ

How long do I have to wait until my report can be picked up?

Reports must be reviewed an approved by a patrol supervisor before they come to the records division. Typically, it takes 5-7 business days for reports to be available for release to the public. 

What methods of payment to you accept for reports?

At this time, we only accept cash payments for records requests. 

I am requesting a report that involves a juvenile, is their information included?

Juvenile information is redacted from all reports, regardless of who is requesting them or who picks up the report. 

I am unable to access my accident report online.  What do I do?

If you are unable to access your accident report online, please contact the records division at 405-671-8848 for assistance. You can also email Susan Cluck at scluck@cityofdelcity.org for faster service. 

How do I obtain supplement reports for an incident? 

If you need a copy of a supplemental report, you must contact an attorney, who must subpoena those records through an applicable court. 

Is there any reports that I cannot request?

Generally, most police incident reports are available to the public, however, information that is sealed, sensitive, or expunged, private medical information, or information that could endanger others may not be released.
